Favorite Family Read Alouds {End of Year Wrap Up}
What a year! Amidst morning sickness and later adjusting to a new baby, we managed to read a nice stack of novels together. Truth be told, that was all I was able to muster a lot of days, and it was a personal battle to do so. Read alouds bonded us together, and they were well worth the effort! On New Year’s Eve, per our tradition, we voted on our favorite read alouds of the year. Here are our top favorites, as well as the others we found worthy of our time (we have no problem abandoning books around here!):
*Note: if you use the search function on my website, you can look for my full review of any of these books as I published seasonal book lists with my thoughts on each.
